Shouldn't be any problem. 
Going from being catholic to methodist
He doesn't have to denounce his Catholic Faith. (Interested )
but what about him being baptised? Can He be rebaptised in my church as a meth again?

Hi Juzagal, Oh yes, he can certainly attend the baptism and membership classes. He doesn't have to do anything before attending these classes as far as the Methodists are concerned. His middle name is of no significance to the Methodists and he can keep it. No need to change IC. One thing I'm not sure is whether the Methodist Church would want him to be baptised again since he is already baptised in the Name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost. You'll have to check with them. There shouldn't be any problem at all as far as the Methodist Church is concerned. He can continue to attend their services with you and everything should be all right. Most tradional Methodists are not extreme radical Protestants and they wellcome everybody.
