I would very much like the kind of true fellowship and real Christ-living..... I also think that there would be genuine sharing of all our talents, gifts and even financial resources in this kind of fellowship and I am for it......Is it the kind you have ? ++It is the kind we are seeking to have. Like I said, we are very much in the infancy/exploring stage. It will probably be a while before there is an expression that is "settled", like what you read in that chapter. BTW, you can purchase that book from Bethesda Bookroom. It is titled "The House Church Movement" I think maybe in Singapore context people are not used to it, but I am sure it is not impossible to change, as Christ empowers us...... ++Amen. It's true that believers are not used to it. We are used to a fixed format, someone leading, an agenda, in fact we want predictability. Few of us have experienced meetings where the Holy Spirit takes the lead and moves everyone to bring a song, a word, a teaching in an orderly way. We are so alien to it that we resist it as not practical simply because we have never seen it. Looking forward towards a more 'real' life..... ++Seek and you will find. In fact I'm sure there are believers in your circle of aquaintance whom you sense feel the same with you. Get them together, talk about it, pray about it, seek help from those who are already deep in that experience. And then persevere on. A lot of "deprogramming" is required, especially if those in the group have been in the IC for many many years.
