Sins of the WHOLE world (John Doe 666)

The defining point in this verse is that Christ was a propitiator - God
directed His wrath at Christ instead of the sinner. That being the case,
if Christ was the propitiator for every person in the whole wide world then
God would have no right to ever send anyone to hell because He has already
punished Christ for all of the sins of everyone in the world.
