<To label their desire as "false prophecy" is a to pronounce judgement on their desire. It would be far better if each one of us were able to come before the LORD and this forum and say what we have done in 2001 to share the good news to some one we know than to scoff at the failure of these people> I suppose that when they say 'by faith', it is a prompting by the Lord to carry this out. If senior shepherds and leaders of the church can make national calls to presuppose that this is a call from God to change your whole country and which does not come to pass, surely there is and accountability issue at stake. When these leaders do not respond, where is the accountabilbity to the sheep? Just how many of these 'apostles and prophets' do you wish to entertain before you start to purge them? <Unfortunately we have a generation of people who rather sit down as judges than stand as workers to till the ground> Isnt it also the call of the Lord to discern the ferocious wolves who have come amongst the body? I would say that Fortunately there IS a remnant of watchmen who are ready to make the calls and warnings. Imagine the rate of apostasy that would spread thro the body without thse people. ' A little leaven leaventh the whole" I personally know of these watchmen who are persecuted by the authorities of the churches when thay make a shout. However, they are only doing what they are called to do and they endure the persecutions. And now these churches are clearly in apostasy. You judge for yourself. In these times and age, discenment is of utmost importance. The Lord says 'Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?" Let this be warning that we stand in holy fear of the Lord that we are ourselves are in danger of falling. What more the sheep that has been perpetrated by these 'apostles and prophets' 'Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.' 'And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.' 'For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if [it were] possible, they shall deceive the very elect.' Lets search ouselves, are we being deceived ourselves? Keep the faith and fear Him always prophet
