extremely lonely

I turned my life into isolation. I have no friends and it is very painful to be lonely. I have problems with interpersonal relationship which often people avoided me. I no longer attend church and lost contact with friends. I shop, eat, go out alone, no phone calls, everyting is alone. I am so sick of this isolation. Always I get my approach wrong because I was not sensitive enough to the other people feelings. I appreciate advise and a prayer. Thank you.
