I am wondering if anyone could please say a prayer for me. I have hardly any stability in my life right now. I have been turning to God, praying to Him and counting my blessings. I have turned my situation over to God because I want to follow whatever plan He has for me. I just need someone to reinforce this right now. I am trying to be strong for myself and the others in my life who are suffering, but I am starting to crack. I am a college student who is in the final semesters before getting a humanitarian degree which pays next to nothing. I may not even have a place to live soon and do not know if I have enough money to live on my own. How can I complete my degree (which I must finish now because the program is being discontinued) when I do not even know if I will have food to eat? My once-idyllic family is breaking up, I have lent whatever money I can spare to help my family but they are still losing everything--home, possessions, jobs, friends, relatives, hope. My father has recently disconnected from the family because of psychological and physical problems, my brother refuses to believe this is happening, and tonight my longterm boyfriend has ended our relationship and attacked my faith in everything. He knows I am trying to stay strong yet has ridiculed me, even when I had a birthday celebration planned this evening for him. If someone could please say a prayer, I would be truly grateful. Thank you.
