Hi Lonely Tower,           I think yes, you will need practical help. I believe in that. My church's social centre offer counselling services. Some are trained volunteers while others are psychologists but they are all Christians. You can request for psychologists though the tradeoff is they are very popular and you might have to wait for your turn. (maybe few weeks?) You might want to call our social centre for an appointment at the following number: 365 2571 Look for Priscilla Ng. There is a flat rate of $15 for each counselling session though unless under special circumstances. Please go to http://www.wsc.org.sg/fcu.htm for more details. Anne
