May I encourage you this one time as you go along your walk in Christ.

Now that you are baptised. Let me tell you, that you are no longer in this life alone. Since the day you have accepted Christ, you will not walk alone in your life's sorrows and happyness. When things start to get difficult and it seems like a waste to be a Christain, then go into prayer and with all your heart cry out to God and ask HIM to show you the way. The way for God's will to be done over you life at that situation and not for your will or your own desire. Give your struggles up to God, and seek him (at times when it becamse desperate and painful do fasting it works better) untill HE answers you. Don't give up even if things look bad. And in good times, give God thanks and praise HIM. Actually, praise GOD and thank God even when it is the worst time of your life. That will definately shame the devil who's pocking troubles (temptations) your way. Don't forget to dedicate your family members to Christ (pets included infact the whole household). Don't forget to seek God for HIS will in your work, love life, family life etc...don't pray and ask God for healing for sickness or for more money to bail you out of trouble. But pray when you are sick for God's will to either heal or to allow the sickness to continue for God's glory. When business or work gets bad, don't pray for God to retify it and make the business/work well, but pray for God's will whether God wants to make the business/work well or not. Pray for God's will even when finding a ife partner but if you are married, then pray for God to take hold and lead the marriage from now onwards. From now, make it a point to pray for God's will so that you can find favour in God's eye and He will bless you for seeking after His heart. God loves a person who seeks after He's will and He's heart because that will show how much you yourself love HIM and that touches God's heart. This relationship with God is a one to one relationship between you and God alone and HE will place angels to watch over you all the way through your life as long as you seek after HIS will. Read about Noah, Abramham, Isaac, Jacob (Isreal), Mosses, David etc..old testament people and even the 12 disciples of Christ in new testament and you will see that all these people seeked after God's Heart, Will and did everything God commanded in their lives. And God watched over them and their reward is in Heaven. Do likewise and you and your household will be blessed. May God bless you.
