Dear friend Looks like teachers are a stressful lot. But believe me, principals too. I have heard quite a number of stories from teachers as well as from principal. I have friends quitted teaching and a principal nearly have mental breakdown. I would encourage you to persevere on with the Lord strength. Get to know your students personnally and interested in their life. That is, do not be just a teacher. But a friend and a councellor. You are given the opportunities to impact life with God's love to see transformation in your students. Do not be overly concern with academic result and expectation as a start. Try to win their trust. Labour to the end and you will see victory in the Lord. JY
