Recently I've made a complaint about a lady who is servicing our area. She is the head now, and she for whatever reason was rude to me on one occasion when I approached her for help. She was the person to go to. I was deeply hurt by her words to me which were very rude and I wrote a letter to the head office requesting the company for disciplinary action towards her as she is being paid by my servicing fees every month. The company replied back that it was all a miscommunication but then English is a simple language and someone of her high education status, should not have mistaken our simple words conversation. If she did, then I wonder if she right for the job.
The head office sent someone to handle this situation and they came to my place yesterday saying over the phone that they wanted to apologize to me. But when they arrived the lady still insisted that it was all a miscommunication and that if I had misunderstood her then she's sorry about my misundertand only. She kept looking away from me and looking elsewhere. When I asked her if she accepts that what she did was not right, she pretended not to recall anything and looked blank at me. I was so hurt when I looked into her eyes all the words and her behaviour that day, then I saw the Cross she was wearing on her neck. She's a Christain and I felt very very sad that a fellow Chrisain could do this and deny the whole incident just so to keep her job status. When my spouse got back, I told him about our meeting and he blew his top off in anger. He told me that I should not have allowed her in our house and that I should not have changed my mind about taking serious actions against her. For when I saw the Cross in her neck, I told myself I will drop all this rude incident and forgive her. Just a day before yesterday, my spouse was telling me if the company choose not to act upon this incident then we should sue the company as he was telling me the other day, for we pay servicing fees monthly and should not be treated this way and that adults should have common sense not to be rude to others. Please pray for me, as I don't want to carry this situation in my heart anymore. I want to move on and forget it. My heart has been very heavy since she came into my house and still denys the whole incident. I am very disappointed in our meeting yesterday and am very hurt that a fellow Christain can act like this. Please pray that I forgive her whole heartedly and forget this bad incident. I need lots of prayer to break this hurt otherwise I might end up having to look into taking serious actions to have her transferred out (which might not happend or it might based on intelligent way of handling this matter. But then alot of people in my area will end up coming to know about this and will end up being very causious in handling matters with her if they went to her for help, as I don't think anyone would want to be in the same situation as I was especially for people of the same race as I am). She is a Christain, so please pray for her aswell so that God will give her a kind and gentle heart to be kind and polite to those who come to her for help including the maids and dark skin people. (I don't know if she is prejurdice over dark skin and maids, but she sure showed her true colours that day to me in rudeness).
