if the guy can't respect you, forget about him. He is not worth it. You have not even mentioned whether he is a believer or where he is in his walk with God. A real man of God won't do what he is doing. A mature man won't flirt but be responsible and knows how to treat a woman as she ought to be treated. If he can't respect you or your body now, don't assume that he will learn to do so after marriage. IF any guys cause you to feel guilty by initiating some physical intimacies, you know the relationship is starting on the wrong footing. First learn to be secure in your relationship with Christ and from there, you will be able to discern what kind of man is good for you. Remember, to some men, talk is cheap. When they want things their way, they will sound sincere. But always remember to ask God for discernment when dealing with men. Only God knows the real intentions of men. We need to be discerning as women. Don't be led by emotions but be led by the Holy Spirit and you won't go wrong. Jesus loves you and He doesn't want you to go through unnecessary pain.
Also, another word of caution. Don't simply believe every word an Internet friend has told you over the Internet. It is very easy to have good feelings over the Internet. You will only get to know the real person when you interact with him in real life. This certainly takes a period of time. Don't fall in love over the Internet. Look to Jesus. He will never fail you.
