Hi. I'm a girl and can understand how you feel...in fact, i've actually make my feelings known to a guy I like before.. but i realise it's a grave mistake. Why? First of all, if the guy doesn't feel the same way, it can be awkward and difficult to be friends. This wasn't my case. The guy does feel the same way towards me. However, it was even more disastrous. B'cos as we start the relationship, i often felt lost of dignity b'cos it seems that i'm always the one initiating and the other guy on the passive side. We have broke up since due to the insecurity I felt. Now, I believe that if any guy really really loves you, he would initiate it. If he is too timid, it just mean he is either unsure, not ready or don't feel as much for you. So don't even start a relationship under such circumstance.

More importantly, do you trust your own judgement or God's will since you know He can foresee everything and He wants the best for you. Pray hard and I believe the principle that girl should wait for guys to woo is to protect us from hurts etc.
