On the flip side of the coin, alot of times now its the ladies who confuse the guys. Many times a gal who seems very friendly and encouraging, end up telling the guy she only treats him like a buddy! Its not the guys who are unsure or not ready, there are alot of guys out there who have often been misled that they dare not express openly again! We would just treat every female encounter as a friend and dare not expect more. It really hurts alot for a guy too, you know?!
I suggest that you talk to him about it like adults and handle it maturely. If you're not sure how he will react, ask his friends or ppl who know him well and then go from there. As a guy, I would be flattered if a gal has feelings for me, even if I don't like her, I won't reject her flat out but rather build a friendship together. If you just keep all your feelings inside, you're just torturing yourself and you will begin to read 'signs' and 'signals' from him which only create more misunderstanding. It might lead to obsession if you habor your feelings. Most important of all, just pray that God will begin to prompt him to be sensitive about this area of his life or pray that if this is His will. The first phase is really difficult because of all the emotions and feelings you have. God will protect you, sister!
