I'm a Christian brother and I agree with the above message about being reserved. When a girl initiates too much, I really feel trapped and a little boxed in. It's okay if a girl wants to be friends with me, but if I feel she is always initiating, it makes me uncomfortable. I'm not sure why this is except that God created men to be the leader and initiator.

So I guess just be friends with him and keep praying. If it's God's will, he'll respond.
