the point is if one is under God's Holy presence (anointing) then one can't 100% be fallen over backwards. Surely forward because we are all sinners saved by grace and we are not allowed to face God directly. It is only with the covering of the blood of Jesus Christ and even still one isn't allowed to look upwards directly at him. This is the kind of respect that no man or govt or leader on earth can get. It comes naturally and your own body will respond the right way to our God's Holy presences.
So all those falling backwards is very doubtful behaviour.
