Where got rojak? Santa can reply to seeker in that way because she is not talking face to face to seeker. That's what I want to point out in my previous post. Must treat people the same whether you see them or not. Secondly, eveline stand up for Santa because she don't go for the facts, she did it because Santa was her friend. If she go for facts, she would have rebuke Santa for replying seeker in that way. If you still don't understand what I am trying to say, then I can't help it already.
Using all CAPs doesn't always means shouting. It can also use to highlight important words. You are angry me, that's why you took my apology negatively. If I write "I LOVE YOU" in all CAPs, will you still think I shout?
