Its probably in; "Advice to Young Scientist" New York:Harper & Row. (1979). You can find it in the NTU university library, as I saw the article there last year. Just that he didn't say science was a fraud - its the presentation of scientific research in journals that was misleading. Usually a scientific paper begins with an intro, research questions, method of data collection, results, discussion, conclusion, and implications - in that order. What Pete said was that in actual fact scientists do NOt follow this order when doing their work; its just a convention all scientists use. Science, is a human enterprise, but is still one of the most powerful ways of undersatnding the world.
