Mary,
I would like to share with you 2 verses that have helped me and remind me of God's promises and God's work since I went back to GOD. Philippians 4:6-7 "Be careful for nothing (Don't worry), but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. (The beautiful part comes..) And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, (Note passeth all understanding) shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus" He is our comforter, our refuge and strength. Seek Him. Cast all your cares on Him for he careth for you..He is my peace, He is my peace... And He really is. I encourage you to seek Him, earnestly and He will do wonders. Romans 8:28 "And we know that all things (good or bad) work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose". The wilderness. In the end, see the righteousness that will triumph over this. Don't give up and let Satan wreck your marriage. The reality..For every believer in God, prays for a marriage to mend, there is a satan worshiper that prays for a breakdown in marriage. Don't succumb to that. Triumph for God. God will help if you seek Him. Mary, I also suggest this book by Stormie Omartian, Power of a Praying wife, and it handles all aspects of prayer for your husband.
