Noisy stupid neighbours

I have noisy stupid "ang-moh" neighbours. They are a bunch of silly white kids who like to put their music up loud. They have wild parties till 2am in the morning and dont bother at all with us poor neighbours who have to share a wall with them. They dont submit to any authority or requests to lower the volume as they think they are better than us Chinese. Please whoever is reading , pray for me and that they will move out and bring their unruly behaviour with them far far away. Thanks.
