The Role of the Senior Pastor in a Transitioning Church - Rev. Lawrence Khong
If you are the Senior Pastor of a church transitioning to a cell church, you are encouraged to come and hear Rev. Khong shares his journey and insights in transitioning FCBC into a cell church. Find out how to handle opposition from church leaders, establish systematic equipping for the church, convert unhealthy cells to be reproductive cells, etc.

Equipping for Cell Leaders - Rev. Melvyn Mak
Rev. Melvyn Mak, the Deputy Senior Pastor had been a Cell Leader as well as a Zone Supervisor before joining the church as a District pastor. You will receive practical training on how to plan a cell agenda, strategise cell evangelism and counsel "broken wings" etc.

Equipping for Zone Supervisors - Rev. Ong Swee Geok
Rev. Ong Swee Geok is the District Pastor of North 2. She will provide a macro perspective on the role of the Zone Supervisor, relationship between the Zone Supervisor with Zone Pastor as well as the Cell Leader under his charge, his effectiveness in assisting cell leaders to manage the cell, developing a sub-zone identity and how to rally members to participate in target evangelism.

Equipping for Zone Pastors - Rev. Yong Tai Tong
Rev. Yong heads Touch Equipping Stations System (TESS), the training arm of FCBC. In this capacity, he also provides leadership to TESS Training School which trains Zone Pastor Interns to become effective Zone Pastors in the context of a Cell Church. He will share about FCBC’s training process and curriculum for its Zone Pastor Interns which help them fulfil their roles and functions as Zone Pastors.

Equipping for Campus Ministry - Rev. Chua Seng Lee
Rev. Chua, District Pastor of Campus & Combat Ministry, will share a step-by-step guidance about pioneering new campus cells - growing the cell through understanding the environment, and culture of a community, the challenges confronting a cell and how members can evangelise the whole campus for God.

Equipping for Youth Ministry - Rev. Edwin Low
Rev. Low and his pastoral team works with Christian and non-Christian Youth aged 13 to 19 in Singapore. Learn to create a mission statement, culture & vision for the ministry, and how to equip Cell Leaders and Zone Supervisors. Alumni delegates will learn advance strategies for growing the Youth Ministry.

Equipping for Inter-generational Cells - Dr. Lorna Jenkins
Dr. Lorna Jenkins is a consultant with FCBC. Together with FCBC’s Children’s Ministry team, she pioneered inter-generational cells which involve children actively in ministry. She shares on the role of parents and the church in the Children’s cell ministry. If you are involved in the Children’s ministry of your church, we would encourage you to attend this workshop.

Equipping for Celebration Ministry - Rev. Joe Kum
What is the role of celebration leaders? Why do we worship the Lord with dancing? How are the celebration teams led in the Spirit? This team supports the church each week in worship and praise at the Sunday celebration service. They are responsible also for church-wide harvest events through musicals. Find out why music, dance and drama are powerful weapons in spiritual warfare and evangelism.

Equipping for Missions - Rev. Charles Ngui
Rev. Ngui directs the Missions team to equip missions candidates as well as render pastoral support for outbound missionaries. Discover how the missions candidate preparation programme (MCPP) is run; who are the candidates and how MCPP training is related to the cells?

Establishing a Prayer Ministry in a Cell Church - Rev. Tay Beow Chin
Rev. Tay Beow Chin and the intercessory team fulfils a vital role by covering the church in prayer. Find out about prayerwalking strategies and spiritual warfare principles.

Ministry Information System (MIS) of a Cell Church - Cheng Kim Meng and Rev. Chong Chee Yuen
(THIS IS A 3-HR WORKSHOP TO BE HELD ON MARCH 4 FROM 2PM. THOSE WHO HAVE SELECTED OTHER WORKSHOPS ENDING BY NOON OF MARCH 4 MAY CHOOSE TO ATTEND THIS SESSION TOO. REGISTRATION IS BY FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVE BASIS.)
This workshop will explain the role and functions of Management of Information Systems (MIS) department in a cell church. The main subject will include the cell system of tracking equipping of members, attendance, assimilation of converts and visitors, multiplication, baptism, transfers etc. The workshop will also explain how the DP, ZP, ZS and CL can use the different types of reports to help them in the areas of leadership, management and shepherding. A demonstration of our cell system will also be conducted at the workshop.
