Taking the City Walk

Date of Walkathon	:	Friday 1 May
Time	:	6.45am
Start Point	:	Open area behind Marina Bay MRT Station
Mid Point	:	St. Andrew's Cathedral
End Point	:	Christchurch Secondary School
Distance	:	Approximately 8 km

Important Information

On your arrival at the Start Point, assemble at your respective FCBC Districts identified by the following coloured flags:

Orange - Central, Filipino
Yellow - North, Music
Green - East
Blue - West, CCM, Youth
White - Chinese, Handicapped Ministry

Please be punctual.

Do not drive to the Start Point. Use public transport.

Please bring your own water bottles and refreshments. A Water Point will be set up at Stamford Road.

Although the walk is relatively easy going, members or friends who are unsure of their fitness or medical condition are strongly advised to seek medical clearance prior to the event. Members are encouraged to rest well the night before.

Please observe a few "Do's and Don'ts" set out below:

Do

• Keep off the road
• Observe traffic regulations
• Follow instructions from the ushers and marshals present
• Keep your family together and look out for their safety
• Pray through the items on the prayer prompter with a partner

Don't

• Wear roller blades or skates
• Wave flags or banners
• Play loud music along the walk
• Cycle
• Bring your pets
