Finding Bible Passages

Spend time examining ways to study the Bible, using aids such as:

  • Contents - getting to know where the books of the Bible are located;

  • Concordance - looking up words and finding their location;

  • Cross reference system;

  • Charts and commentaries;

  • Topical or subject indices;

  • Making your own marginal notes and cross references;

  • Using a highlighter;

  • Computer Bible programs; and

  • Daily reading guides.
