Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ our Saviour! Jesus saves. Jesus saves. Today we have the
opportunity to review the full meaning of Christmas.
We celebrate Christmas primarily as a celebration of Jesus coming to dwell with us. Immanuel, God with
us! That Christmas scene in a manger in Bethlehem occurred 2000 years ago. Reason enough to celebrate.
But there is even greater cause for celebration, for He will come again.
Jesus is coming again! Hallelujah! He promised us Himself: "In future you will see the Son of Man sitting
at the right hand of the Mighty One and coming on the clouds of heaven". (Matthew_26:64) "At that time they
will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory" (Luke_21:27)
At the Ascension, the angels also declared "Men of Galilee, why do you stand here looking into the sky?
This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen
him go into heaven" (Acts_1:11)
"Behold, I am coming soon! Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy in this book" (Revelation_22:7)
"Behold, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to everyone according to what he has
done" (Revelation_22:12)
"Yes, I am coming soon." (Revelation_22:20)
Beloved, Jesus says four times: "I am coming soon."
No, we will not: the signs of the ends times are already upon us: this is warning enough. Jesus will come
with the suddenness and speed of lightning.
"You also must be ready for the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him" (Luke_12:40)
"Now, dear brothers, about times and dates we need not write to you, for you know very well that the day
of the Lord will come like a thief in the night". (1 Titus_5:1-2)
"Behold, I come like a thief! Blessed is he who keeps awake and keeps his clothes with him, so that he
may not go naked and be shamefully exposed," (Revelation_16:15)
When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all his angels with him, he will sit on his throne in
heavenly glory. (Matthew_25:31) All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate the people
one from another, as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats (Matthew_25:32)
I tell you that to everyone who has, more will be given, but as for the one who has nothing (no result from
the talents) even what he has will betaken away (Luke_19:26)
Therefore judge nothing before the appointed time; wait till the Lord comes. He will bring light to what is
hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of men’s hearts. At that time each will receive his praise
from God (1 Colossians_4:5)
The Second Coming is linked with knowledge and truth. Light will shine., Truth will be known. The
faithful will receive their praise from God.
Jesus Christ will judge the living and the dead (2 Titus_4:1) All will be judged: there will be no escape.
The actual living and the really dead, the spiritually living and the spiritually dead: all will stand before
the great white throne in judgement.
Enoch, the seventh from Adam prophesied about these men, "See, the Lord is coming with thousands of
his holy ones to judge everyone, and to convict all the ungodly of all the ungodly acts they have done in
the ungodly way, and of all the harsh words ungodly sinners have spoken against him" (Jude 14,15)
Beloved, note, our every action, our every work, our every thought will be measured, weighed and
accounted for.
Expect the unexpected: Be ready for His Second Coming any moment! Be prepared for the bridegroom.
Keep your lamp filled with oil.
May God Himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and
body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Titus_5:23)
Keep all His precepts unsullied and flawless, irreproachable: until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ
(The Anointed One) (1 Titus_6:14_AMP)
The grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men. It teaches us to say "No" to ungodliness
and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and Godly lives in this present age, while we
wait for the blessed hope- the glorious appearing of our great God and Saviour, Jesus Christ (Titus2:11-
13)
And now, dear children, continue in Him, so that when He appears we may be confident and unashamed
before Him at His coming. (1 John_2:28)
I spent a few precious minutes with him last week. He thanks all of you for praying for him. When I told
him that many of you had e-mailed to say that his glowing faith was an encouragement to you, a beautiful
smile burst all over his face: You should have seen his face: positively beaming. He was blessed to be a
blessing to you. Dearly beloved, I thank you for bringing that moment of joy to Cousin SS.
Cousin SS spends his first Christmas this year in heaven. No more tears. No more pain. No more barriers
between him and his maker. Pure joy. Life eternal. We will meet again in the sweet by and by, beyond the
pearly gates, beyond the river. May he rest in peace.

GREETINGS
Dearly Beloved, Children of The Light, spread thoughout Asia, the World, and every corner of
Cyberspace, even at Antioch.
THE SETTING
Christmas has come and gone. The presents have been exchanged. The Christmas lights are still lit. The
partying continues. What is the next step in the Christmas rejoicing?
THE SECOND COMING
He will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for Him
(Hebrews_9:28)
WHEN IS THE SECOND COMING?
"I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown" (Revelation_3:11)
WILL WE HAVE AMPLE WARNING?
For as the lightning comes from the East and flashes to the West, so will be the coming of the Son of Man
(Matthew_24:27)
WHEN WILL IT BE?
"No one knows about the day or the hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the
Father." (Matthew_24:36)
WHY THE SECOND COMING?
The Son of Man is going to come in his father's glory with his angels, and then he will reward each
person according to what he has one.(Matthew_16:27) The Second Coming is linked with just rewards for the
faithful, punishment for the wicked. Repent, repent for the Kingdom of God is at hand.
The Second Coming is linked with judgement. Repent, repent for the Kingdom of God is at hand.
OUR RESPONSE
"Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come" (Matthew_24:42)
So you must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him (Matthew_24:44)
Therefore keep watch, because you do not know the day or the hour (Matthew_25:13)
DOXOLOGY
(Jude 25) To the only one God, our Saviour through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, splendour, majesty,
might and dominion, and power and authority, before all time and now and forever, unto all the ages of
eternity.
AMEN. So be it!
ORBITUARY
Cousin Shu Shing is with us no more. Stricken with a ravaging liver cancer, he fought the good fight, and
took hold of the eternal life to which he was called when he made his good confession in the presence of
many witnesses (1 Titus_6:12). On 21st December he took his last breath here on earth, aged 38.
